Completely unprofessional staff.. be aware they can cheat you. Never ever give these guys your credit details.. The staff gave us room assuring there is no extra charge and once we left the motel they deducted without my consent.. Cleaniness very poor smelly room and noisy with there big water heaters..Very dirty pool with torn and broken chairs.They spoiled the whole experience of my holidays. Reception is completely unprofessional and when I contacted them the reply wasDo whatever you can do..In a nutshell zero service, dishonesty, unprofessional Cant give them even zero star they deserve even in minus the way they treat their guests.Guys we aware of these stupid places before you book your stay. Noisy, light and fan broken in room, walls so thin I could hear the couple next door fighting for 4 hours and woke me up again in the morning. So hot and cant open windows cause people are smoking outside and it wafts in. Its clean though and owners were friendly.
I stayed. Here ages ago..the new managers Daniel & Ange .. Wishing them the best in their new venture they are local identity's.. Daniel is one of the best chef's merimbula has to offer..Ange is a doting loving mother to her children & her family.. I've read some of the reviews.most are great the few..I can honestly say..some are of fake ppl..potato ? I have reported the in appropriate.. Deformation & malice..fake reviews..it won't be tolerated.. Daniel & Ange are great ppl..Wishing them all the best & definatley Karma has it's way..

Micheal & Lynette, the new managers, are great. Very very friendly and helpful. The rooms maybe a little dated but they are clean & comfortable. The $8 Continental breakfast hit the spot. Yes, I will be returning again.
