Lovely rooms but the beds are ancient, and I had to sleep on the floor in the end, and make a bed out of all the blankets.
Clean tidy and a top little spot. Brilliant service also.
Really nice motel. A few minutes walk from the centre of Merimbula with views of the lake. Nice, clean rooms for a good price. Manager was also friendly.

Very nice and spacious place to stay. We would definitely stay here again. The innkeepers were very friendly & helpful. The bathroom is awesome and seemed recently renovated and was big and bright (nice touch with the skylight). Being all white made it really easy to see if you left any belongings. Large fridge and sitting area with table was great and there were some utensils that came in very handy. We were very pleased to have booked the Sapphire Waters!
