Well maintained small family room was suitable for a couple of nights. The backyard and BBQ area boasts stunning views of the Merimbula Lake, a truly amazing space. Could do with some air conditioning. The owner Bootstrap Bill was helpful with his advice on where to go throughout Merimbula even though he did snake us. Would recommend to friends.
Good value hotel. We stayed in a family room. While our room was on the small side, it was clean and nicely decorated. Other pros included a comfortable bed, good shower pressure, free wifi and parking. The room could use some wine glssses and a coffee machine. Highlights were the view of the lake, friendly kangaroos and BBQ area. The hospitality also cannot be beaten here. Would sray again. Thank you

Lovely little place with views all around the motel. The rooms were small but sufficient. The person who greeted me was lovely and full of information about sightseeing, places to eat and things to do. Would stay here again.
My husband (Sunny) and I stayed there on 26 Oct 2018. Room has a million dollar view facing the Merimbula Lake! Room is very clean, comfortable bed and a large bathroom. Absolutely good value for money. The Manager (Owner) Bill, staff are very friendly and helpful too. We felt very welcomed. Bill gave us useful information of places of interest and restaurants to check out. Bill, I will get you the pair of Blue fancy sunglasses one day.! This motel is highly recommended. We hope to return again.
