Ridiculously slow. Buggered up my order. Everything sloppily put together. They weren't even that busy.
Elderly gentleman came in and was told to use a kiosk. He didn't know how to use it. No one offered to help him, so I did. He was paying cash. There was no instruction that he had to pay before his order was processed. He was standing near the counter for a long time waiting before a staff member explained how the system works. Even I didn't know! Not good enough. Bring back ordering at the counter.
Not the cleanest McDonald's that I have been too. Whilst food was standard I had doubts about the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Well it is McDonalds, so you get what you expect to get. The young kids who work in here really try hard and it is nice to see their effort and commitment.What this place really has going for it is POSITION. It sits right in the centre of town, up nice and high so you have a great view out over the river estuary. They have positioned the windows and the outside eating deck to maximise the views.It is a great spot to sit and nurse a coffee, unless the school kids are out and about, in which case it can get pretty noisy.
