The food was good, but not perfect. Eg. Medium rare steak came out medium. But their service was wonderful, and being able to let the kids play in the aquarium during dinner was wonderful. We even saw dolphins from our table. Capped off a wonderful stay in Merimbula.
The 5star rating was for our tour guide on Monday 14th. Great hour with the kids and the guide going over every tank in the aquarium. Very comprehensive and friendly. Answered all the kids questions very well and never seemed frustrated with them. Cheers
The aquarium itself is quite small but it I would give it a 5 stars for what they have inside. Such an effort to keep the place so well maintained. Check out the pic. It's worth the trip
We had the seafood platter at the Wharf Restaurant and the food was great.. The portion for two was a lot of food so great value for money.. Lovely views back towards the township of Merimbula too!
I can not give this restaurant enough praise. The food is so scrumptious, the waiters are always friendly and the restaurant and location is beautiful. I highly recommend The Wharf, but remember to book in advance as, it is always very busy.
